Peak season surcharge is applicable during peak holiday season.

Room rates are subjected to change or amendment with or without prior notice. An extra guest is charge at an additional RM15.00 per day.

Booking Confirmation
We will notify your room availability or confirm your reservation request by email within 24 hours as soon as the email address you filled in is verified valid.  

Cancellation & Arrival amendment
You may submit your notification of cancellation or arrival amendment via email or phone. The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

No Show
For no-show and late cancellations, a 1st night room charge is applicable.

The hotel has the right to cancel the booking after three (3) hours no show of guests from the informed arrival time. 

Advance Bank In payment
For cash advance payments to guarantee bookings without credit card, please deposit the amounts into our hotel bank account. Upon making the said deposit please fax (Fax no.: +6 03-2031 5013) the Bank-In-Slip to us 2 working days before your arrival.
